You may return any unused and undamaged item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original packaging, with all accessories included.


🚫 Non-Returnable Conditions

We cannot accept returns if the item is:

  • Used, worn, or damaged through misuse

  • Missing original packaging

  • Outside the 30-day return window

  • Marked as final sale or clearance


📦 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@bestonlab.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
Include your order number and reason for return. Our support team will guide you through the next steps.


💳 Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within up to 10 business days.
Depending on your payment method or bank, refunds may take up to 40 business days to appear.


🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item was damaged on arrival

  • You received the wrong item

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


🛑 Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in processing or shipped.


📸 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or not working properly, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your order number

  • Clear photo(s) showing the issue

We’ll evaluate and offer a replacement or resolution.
