At BestonLab™, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.


✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it — unused, unworn, and in original packaging

🔧 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged, defective, or the wrong product was sent — contact us immediately at support@bestonlab.com so we can make it right.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants, flowers)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products (e.g. creams, hygiene tools)

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

  • Gift cards or items marked as Final Sale

The fastest way is to return your current item and place a new order once your refund is approved.


🇪🇺 EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days, no questions asked.
Returned items must be in original condition, unused, with tags and packaging.


💵 Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
